Thai yoga bodywork

Named 'Lazy man's yoga' because it combines all of the benefits of yoga without the work. Thai yoga consists of flow with deep, rhythmic pressure to muscles and energy pathways in the body, combined with stretching and joint mobilization. Slowly and smoothly, the body expands and compresses to relieve tension and restrictions, creating a state of energized calmness. This approach restores our optimal balance and relieves accumulated stress in the body and mind. Thai yoga benefits people of all ages, flexibility, and activity levels.

What to expect?

Thai Yoga Therapy takes place on a softly padded mat with the support of Yoga blankets. Clients can wear loose and comfortable clothing, such as Yoga pants and cozy t-shirt. The massage lasts 60 minutes with a short relaxation offered after the massage.
