Irina's Yoga journey began in Russia with her dad teaching her fun yoga postures at the age of five. Since then Yoga has been a big part of Irina's life including her transition to US from Russia.
In 2007 Irina had the privilege to study and partake in Yoga apprenticeship with Yoga for Exercise Studio where she studied Vinyasa yoga. During her apprenticeship Irina enrolled in Aura Wellness Teacher Training and earned her 200-hour Yoga Certification. In 2012 Irina earned her Teaching Certification in Yoga Lean program and studied bodyArt fitness with Internationally renowned instructor, Robert Steinbacher.

In seeking spiritual meaning, Vineet escaped the corporate world in 2012 by embarking on a journey involving hiking the Caminos in Spain, Italy, and Portugal; living in Germany, Austria, and Russia; and backpacking through India. In exploring new horizons and cultures outside, Vineet re-discovered his yogic roots within.
Drawing on his Jain upbringings of Ahimsa, Anekantavada, and Aparigraha, Vineet aspires to cultivate relaxed awareness, profound understanding, and compassionate mindfulness within striving yogis.
Becca grew up playing lots of sports with her older siblings. This early life fitness experience made the transition to lifetime wellness and yoga natural for her. By profession, she teaches Kinesiology (Exercise Science) classes at Anderson University and various yoga/exercise classes in the community.
She is a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and 200hr certified yoga teacher with a focus in power yoga. Becca loves to integrate fun, inspiring music to move you through your physical practices of yoga or barre. Her teaching method in fitness classes challenges you to find your limit, while also creating an atmosphere that is fun and encouraging.
Autumn's passion for yoga lies within the mind-body connection and a greater call to holistic wellness. While obtaining her Masters in Psychology, she discovered an appetite for learning about holistic health, the mind-body connection, and disease prevention that keeps her continuously researching and growing. It is a wonderment of the complexity and capability we house within our bodies and a desire to share the benefits of the mind-body connection that lead her to teach yoga.
Autumn has led meditations, deep relaxation sessions, and stress management workshops. Her almost 8 years of experience in latin ballroom and jazz add to her appreciation for the way the body moves and the importance of alignment. Whether restorative/yin, mindful flow or playful fusion, Autumn's yoga classes all aim to incorporate a focus on mindfulness, breathing, and alignment. She invites you to "meet yourself where you are" and explore a deeper connection with your body.
Eugenia came to yoga 16 years ago as way to relieve the aches of her rheumatoid arthritis. While the physical practice provided relief to her joints, she found the philosophy shared in class provided relief from the mental “why me” chatter that can occasionally surface while dealing with a chronic illness. The greatest lessons learned were self-compassion and acceptance. That even with occasional limited mobility, she could still practice yoga. There were no standards or perfection to live up to because there was and is no such thing as perfect yoga or a perfect yoga practice.
Eager to share her love of yoga, Eugenia pressed pause on a corporate career and received her 200-hour yoga certification in Thailand. Her classes are light-hearted and place emphasis on breath, proper alignment, and mindfulness. She teaches from a place of compassion and with the understanding that all bodies are built differently and yoga is for EVERY body.
In her spare time, you'll find Eugenia volunteering within her community and volunteer teaching yoga to those who have experienced trauma.
With a deep need to help others, Suzi began her fitness career as a Pilates instructor. She loved the results she got from focusing on her core and realized she could help others who suffered from inflexibility, low back issues and poor posture among other things. As her practice grew, she began to add yoga into the mix as it provided more ways to increase strength, flexibility as well as mind/body connectedness. After practicing yoga for 5 years, she decided to become an instructor to share “yoga awesomeness” with the world.
Suzi strives to meet students where they are and carry them forward to where they want to be. Her classes bring concise cueing & flow combined with high energy music and a big dose of humor.
