All of our classes can be tailored to your needs, or we can create a custom class just for you. Classes generally run from 45 minutes to 1-hour.
ib Fit is a total-body workout with emphasis on strength, cardio, and flexibility. This energizing 60-minute class combines lunges, mountain climbers and squats as well as therapeutic yoga postures and stretches.
Our signature barre class is open to all levels. This class combines techniques of ballet barre, Pilates core work and yoga stretches. Muscles are worked and stretched in a way that will maximize caloric burn while creating lean, ballerina-like musculature.
ib Yoga is an open level Vinyasa flow yoga class that will focus on different intentions in each session. Various modifications will be provided for beginner and more advanced students alike. Each class will end with a 10-minute savasana with aromatherapy and shoulder press.
ib Chill is a restorative Yoga class that focuses on deep stretches for all the major muscles. ib Chill is perfect for relaxation, stress-reduction and surrender. Restorative postures that are supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks will be held 3-5 minutes in order to create pure physical and mental bliss. Each class will end with a 10-minute Savasana with aromatherapy and shoulder press.
This class consists of 40-minute cardio and strength focused flow ending with 20-minute deep restorative Yoga stretches and Savasana.
